Beneath the pier | 8 Sep 09

Over the last week or so there has been some amazing low tides. It's been possible to walk out into the remains of the fallen West Pier. Unfortunately I missed that so here's a a shot under the Palace Pier.

Not much to say about this one really. I will be returning here to tke a few more at some point in the future because in like a different world down here.

The detail here is just stunning. I love the rain (or just spray from the waves). There is so much going on that it's hard to take it all in, but the repeated X's and the intensity of everything happening at once is very exciting. Great capture.posted by Gabriel Loeb on September 23, 2006 3:31AM
