Just a broken, plastic container in the beach. It had holes in and netting attached to it so I imagine it was along the lines of a lobster-pot. This was yesterdays partner, they were processed at the same time. I think I prefer yesterdays now I compare them again, it just seems to work better.
This photo was taken on my favourite stretch of beach at the moment. It runs west between Shoreham harbour and the sea, there are the docks on on e side and the beach on the other, one is industrial the other is barren - and it's only about 100m wide in places.
